MIYA SS26 Campaign

This past week, I photographed MIYA’s SS26 campaign, built around a theme of early spring city exploration. The light was unreal that day. The way it cut across the buildings created these clean geometric shadows that shaped the whole mood of the shoot. Even with the simplicity of the settings, the compositions felt intimate. Almost like capturing small moments of someone moving through a city they know by heart. Our model carried this calm, reflective energy, with a hint of longing that made every frame feel like there was a story underneath. Here are some of my favourite shots from the campaign:

I know what you’re thinking. These photos look nothing like my usual fun, quirky, bold vibe. And you’re right. This campaign definitely opened the door to the soft-girl era of my photography. But trust me, it doesn’t mean I can’t still do fun and quirky when the moment calls for it.

I’m not sharing the full campaign here, just a selection of my favourite shots that best capture the mood we were going for. These are the images that feel the most true to the story, the light, and the softness of the day. The rest will stay in the archive or live where MIYA chooses to use them, but for now, here’s the part of the campaign I love the most.

Simon Cracker SS26

As expected from every Simon Cracker collection, SS26 kicks off with a bang. Every piece is dripping with the brand’s wild, fun, and funky DNA. The details are insane. If you don’t scan each look fast enough, you’ll miss something, which is why I’m glad they do the catwalk twice. The standout motif this season…

DAVII SS26

DAVII’s SS26 collection is, quoting the brand’s creative director, “a celebration of the beauty that emerges when organic shapes meet modern design” and I honestly agree. Before the show, just scrolling through their social media, the brand already felt like brutalist architecture placed next to a flowing river, if that makes any sense at all.…

Kasai SS26

In September 2025, Kasai presented their SS26 collection at Major Virtual Tunnel. The show was intimate, just 12 looks, but every detail landed with intention. The soundtrack set the tone immediately. The electric guitar led the melody, steady and controlled, not aggressive. The opening look said everything. An oversized black tailored suit, finished with a…
